Cardio Day 9/23

Cardio Day: HIIT
-5min warm up
-20min sprint intervals with active (walking) rest
-5 min cool down

TIP OF THE DAY: Sunday = prep day = prep tip! Take a good look at your schedule for this upcoming week. Find a time each day that you will workout (do you have a break between classes, is there an exercise class you can fit into your day) 2) Pick a goal for the week you will strive even harder for (are you going to try to add in some cardio, perhaps some weight training or are you going to try to stop that late night snacking) 3) Execute (Get to the daily workout and make that weekly goal become a reality). Have a great week and make YOURSELF proud!

I am leaving this Thursday for the MR. OLYMPIA IN LAS VEGAS! One of the biggest expos of the year; I am so fortunate to be working it and looking forward to being with all my ALRI team 🙂
My goal: get in all my lifting days Mon-Thur, continue with cardio every am, and absolutely NO cheating – let’s go!
