Back & Biceps 9/4

Back & Biceps
Back:
-cable pushdowns with straight bar
-lat pull down (wide grip)
-barbell row
-supermans on bench
     -superset with dumbbell deadlift (light weight)

Biceps:
-dumbbell curls (supinating wrist)
-dumbbell hammer curls
-high cable curls with handle

I had a great workout (side by side with Anthony) today. I can hold my own in the gym and do my own thing, but there is an added bonus in someone correcting your form the slightest bit or pushing you to get a few extra reps.
