Legs 8/26

AM: Legs
-squats, medium stance (heavy weight)
-walking lunges with dumbbells
-leg press
-leg extension
-stiff legged deadlift

PM: 30min cardio

Today was one of the sweatiest workouts I’ve ever had. My school gym has no AC and on a leg day that meant a pumping heart and burning legs!
