Legs

-squats
-one legged smith machine lunges
-leg press (high and wide stance –
great for targeting the booty)
-dumbbell stiff legged deadlift
-abductor machine
 
TIP OF THE DAY: Never fear gaining muscle by lifting weights. First off, women will not naturally gain the bulky size men do from weight trainig as there is a difference in hormone levels such as testosterone. Also, having muscle on you body has a clear benefits – muscle acts a metabolic furnace that burns calories throughout the day and muscle is more dense than fat. One of the most frequent comments I receive from individuals who have only seen me in pictures is that I am much smaller in person – while muscle does not weigh less than fat it does take up less space, so you may gain muscle and weight, but you may lose overall size.
 
 
 
An hour after getting home from the airport and back to the gym 
Can’t wait to share with you all why I had one of my best leg workouts ever :):)

    U didn't do any cardio if ur entry doesn't state so? Meaning u just worked out legs for this day?
