Chest & Triceps:
Chest:
-incline dumbbell press
-cable crossover
-chest press machine
-bosu ball pushups (flat side up)
-superset with alternating arm bosu ball pushups (flat side down)
Triceps:
-cable rope pushdowns
-dumbbell kickbacks
-assisted dips (to failure)
-15min cardio
TIP OF THE DAY: Far to often we look for excuses NOT to do something, but try changing that around and looking for excuses to do something. Daily life will give you a hundred reasons to miss the gym – I worked all day, I have homework, I’m tired, etc and a hundred more not to eat right – it’s just one bite, it’s someone in the offices birthday, etc. Don’t wait for the perfect conditions… get it in despite all that 🙂
I worked out at Snap Fitness today, instead of my school gym. Great switch up!
