While you’re here, I would love to share a bit about myself.
I definitely began my journey as a cardio bunny…
…mostly because I didn’t know how to navigate the weight room lol.
We both worked in the health & fitness industry for 5 years.
…I can thank him getting me hooked on the gym!
Now, I live for weight training!
I believe in using health and fitness as a stepping stone for boosting
self-love, confidence, and overall happiness.
I know it works because it improved my life in so many ways!
Through healthy living, I discovered my true self
and found the courage and confidence to go for my dreams!
In August 2014, I gave up my seat in a DDS program to go for my dream of
inspiring and empowering others to look better, feel better & lead lives they absolutely love!
Now, I combine my educational background (Bachelors of Science in Biology)
with my 7 years experience in the health & fitness industry to help others.
I specialize in helping my girls achieve fit & lean bodies
while ultimately boosting their self-love, confidence & overall happiness!

This is where I’m super passionate because so many of us feel controlled by cravings
and don’t feel our “healthy eating” pays off physically.
