Workout of the Day: (No Resolution New Year Day 2)

Here is your workout of the day – it’s a bit of leg, glutes, cardio and core! These workouts are preview workouts from the new fitness plan launching in a few weeks.
Have you guessed the new plan yet? I told you I’m re-working a community favorite plan.
30×30 Fat Loss Shred!
This plan is all about sculpting and strengthening. It’s a unique workout style and totally different from my standard approach (like the one I use in the weight training plan and during challenges).
I like to use these workouts periodically to make sure my training doesn’t go stagnant because of too much of the same. 
I don’t yet want to share the design of the plan – it’s so stinkin’ pretty but maybe next week I’ll share a page from the book.
The new plan will launch at the end of the month so until then, enjoy this teaser and next week I’ll have another for you.

CIRCUIT 1
1 MIN: stiff leg deadlifts (with dumbbell)
1 MIN: burpee to box jump
1 MIN REST + CONTINUE
1 MIN: alternating jumping lunges
1 MIN: squatted wall sit
1 MIN REST + CONTINUE TO CIRCUIT 2
CIRCUIT 2
1 MIN: overhead squats (with dumbbell)
1 MIN: hopscotch (use the footwork of hopscotch – 2 feet down, jump to one foot, 2 feet down, jump to the opposite foot)
1 MIN REST + CONTINUE
1 MIN: forward lunges (with dumbbell)
1 MIN: crunch to high jump
1 MIN REST + CONTINUE TO CIRCUIT 1
COMPLETE 2 TOTAL ROUNDS (1 round = circuit 1 + circuit 2)
