7 to 30×30 Challenge: Day 6

It’s Day 6 of the 7 to 30×30 challenge. To gear up for the upcoming launch of the new 30×30 Fat Loss Shred plan, we are doing 30×30 style workouts. 

We are back to an active rest day – on these types of days, I’ll do a low intensity, steady state cardio (LISS) as well as focus on recovery through stretching and foam rolling. See below!
