7 to 30×30 Challenge: Day 4

It’s Day 4 of the 7 to 30×30 challenge. To gear up for the upcoming launch of the new 30×30 Fat Loss Shred plan, we are doing 30×30 style workouts. 

 
After an active rest day, we are back to circuit workouts. Today’s workout combines lower body weighted movements, core and cardio.
