You’re already doing great. This plan is about keeping up what you’re already doing in an effective, stress-free way to see lasting results!
The No Resolution New Year “Plan” consists of daily workouts (found on the calendar) and daily blog posts which will highlight the KEY 3 (more details below). This is an effective yet sustainable approach to see results this year!

WHY THE NO RESOLUTION NEW YEAR APPROACH WORKS:
Last year, I made a decision to cut out the LG New Year Challenge. I preach about balanced healthy living and a lifestyle that is maintainable 365 days a year. So, I decided to take craziness out of the typical New Year’s health craze and instead focus on real deal plans and approaches that work.
No resolutions. No unrealistically strict plans. No marketing hype. Just effective workouts and accountability =the stuff that works.
Like I mentioned, I took this approach for the first time last year. Personally, beginning January in this centered, balanced way set the tone for the entire year. I feel that I’m in my best shape physically and mentally, and I know it’s due in part to the way I began 2017. I want you to experience that too!
We are going to build in intensity, starting with this calendar plan before we move onto the new LG fitness guide that drops at the end of the month!
WHAT ARE THE KEY 3
SWEAT: each day, we need to sweat (find the workout of the day on the calendar above)
EAT: we will focus on healthy eating in an enjoyable way through the Eat Your Way Lean Meal Plan
This is why I want you to visit my blog each day, I’m going to be doing journal entries in real time. I’ll be sharing things like what I cooked, what I picked up at the grocery store, little tips and tricks I have to eating well, etc., and what are things you can do to prioritize nutritious eating.
ENJOY: soon, we will create a list of 10 ordinary things that we enjoy doing (ex: taking a walk with our pup, reading for an hour, chatting with a girlfriend, etc.) I will do a blog post outlining this but each day, we must hit 3 of 10 things on our list. This is to get intentional about enjoying our days and creating a healthy, happy life without going to extremes.
