This week I am going to suggest an added challenge in addition to the workouts… nutrition! Here are my thoughts. I was looking at my calendar and there are 3 weeks left until Christmas (WHAT?!). 3 weeks until Christmas and 3 weeks left of this challenge.
The week leading up to Christmas can be a bit chaotic and let’s be honest, there are lots of Christmas cookies involved that week. So, how about we dedicated the next 2 weeks to focusing more on nutrition. That doesn’t mean no treating; it simply means that when you can make a healthy food choice, do it!

WHAT IS THIS SCHEDULE?
Every Sunday, I post a schedule for you which lays out every day of the week and every workout we will be doing. It’s for your planning purposes to see for example that Monday = arm day and Sunday = a rest day.
WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS?
To get the workout of the day, you’ll stop by here every AM to find the new workout. The workout will give details like sets, reps/time, exercises and have photos of each exercise. All workouts will be ~30 mins (or less).
DO I NEED THE VIDEO WORKOUT PLAN?
The video workout plan (here) contains 9 of some of the most intense workouts I’ve ever created. The challenge workouts will utilize the videos from this plan, so I would suggest it if you plan on completing this challenge. But, keep in mind… the videos are not just for this challenge. They’re great for your training year round!
