It’s the second last workout of Fitmas so let’s step it up. This workout features 2 video workouts from the Video Workout Plan. They’re quick workouts so I always go into it thinking “ah, no big deal” and the end up being my most challenging workouts of the week. I know so many of you IG story me your face after the videos, saying the same thing so I am looking forward to your reaction after today mwahahah 😉
