-VIDEO WORKOUT PLAN-
I wanted to create a plan that allowed you to feel that I was right there training with you, walking you through every rep and sharing my tips & tricks. We will be using these video workouts during the challenge alongside the blog workouts.
There are 9 video workouts included and each video targets a different muscle group. Every workout is under 12 minutes and they are designed to be combined for a full workout.
These workouts utilize a time under tension approach in which rest is kept to a minimum. They are challenging workouts but have given me some of the best definition and leanness I’ve ever seen.
VIDEO WORKOUT PLAN DETAILS:
- 9 video workouts (legs, glutes, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, back, cardio & abs)
- All videos under 12 minutes (instructions on how to combine 2-3 for a full workout) Example: biceps + triceps, glutes + abs, legs + cardio, etc.
- 3 week calendar with combination recommendations
- Highly effective time under tension training approach
- Requires a set of dumbbells
