Today’s workouts come entirely from the Video Workout Plan. If you haven’t yet tried an entire workout just from that plan, I suggest giving it a go today.
I’m usually pretty regimented on my own… I can write myself a workout or use one from an old guide and follow it at the gym. Lately, I’ve been a little low on motivation; that tends to happen to me the week after a vacation or holiday. I followed the triceps video from Monday and found I kept up with it the entire time because I had someone (myself haha) telling me to go go go.
I am not usually a class/follow along video type of gal, but I really enjoyed it for that purpose. If you need a little extra kick in the rear, try this entire video workout!
