SummerFitcation Challenge Week 6 Schedule Overview


“I have been sweating from head to toe”

“This past week was my favorite of all time”

“Are you trying to kill us? It’s okay… I love it!”

“These workouts are the best you’ve ever put together”

Those are words I heard from you about last week’s workouts. And, I love it!

We are in phase 2 of the Weight Training Plan 2.0 and I couldn’t wait for you to encounter these workouts because this is where it lights up! The training approach switches slightly to focus a bit more on fat loss. Leaning out will reveal that muscle you worked so hard for in phase 1. 

This is where I notice that if I stay consistent (with both the workouts AND nutrition), the results are better than I could have hoped for.

Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 6 – Legs
Daily Photo Challenge: “ON THE GO FOOD OPTION” – the theme of this week’s summer meal menu is “On the Go Options and Packables” so in keeping with the theme, share a photo of your favorite meal that you take out of the home to eat! #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation
-TUESDAY-
Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 6 – Biceps + Triceps
Daily Photo Challenge: “LADY GUNS” – go ahead and show those guns off again! You’ve been working hard and those beautiful arm muscles deserve a photo of their own  #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 6 – LISS Cardio
Daily Photo Challenge:  “BOOK” – share a book you’ve been reading and loving this summer  #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 6 – Back + Glutes
Daily Photo Challenge: “PULL UP PR” – test yourself today. If you have the equipment available, try to do some pull ups and see how many you can get. If you don’t, try doing renegade rows and testing how many you can get  #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 6 – Shoulders + Chest
