SummerFitcation Challenge Week 5 Schedule Overview

We’ve hit the half way mark!

Half of the plan is done. Half of the plan is still out there to kick our bootys. We now move from phase 1 to phase 2. In phase 2, you’ll notice some changes that transition from a muscle focus to revealing the results through leaning out and sculpting. 

Our training split changes to a more isolated muscle focus for definition. Rep ranges increase. And, you’ll notice we do more endurance training to focus on fat loss. See the schedule below!

WEEK 5 SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

-SUNDAY-
Workout of the Day: REST
Daily Photo Challenge:  “MEAL PLANNING” – different than meal prepping (bonus points if you do that too) but today, share with the community your plans for what meals you’re going to make this week. I usually try to come up with 3-5 ideas so I have a general game plan for my healthy eating #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

-MONDAY-
Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 5 – Back + Biceps
Daily Photo Challenge:  “COMMUNITY GEAR” – today, our summer community gear collection launches… if you have community gear from the last launch, rock it today! Otherwise, check out gear from the new collection! #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

-TUESDAY-
Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 5 – Legs
Daily Photo Challenge: “STRETCH” – what day better than leg day to take a few extra minutes to focus on stretching! Share your stretch selfie with the community today.  #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

-WEDNESDAY-
Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 5 – Chest + Triceps

Workout of the Day: Phase 2, Week 5 – HIIT Cardio

You do not need to complete the 1.0 plan prior to the 2.0, so start with this plan if you’re brand new to the LG challenges and guides
Both the home and gym plans follow the same schedule, so YOU choose to workout at home, in the gym or both!
