SummerFitcation Challenge Week 4 Schedule Overview

Who’s ready for foodie week?! They say it takes 21 days to form a habit, right?! We’ve completed 3 weeks of workouts from the new Weight Training Plan 2.0 by now. We have weight training down and we’ve made it a habit to get active almost every day. 

Now, we can focus on something new and add a new habit to our arsenal of healthy habits…. NUTRITION!

Here’s the deal: I found that general healthy eating doesn’t always get us to our goals. Is it beneficial? Absolutely! Still, I’ve learned that we can make a few simple tweaks to our healthy eating that allow us to see physical results through food alone.

I wrote exactly what tweaks to make and just how to do that in the Eat Your Way Lean Meal Plan. It’s just 3 guidelines that are super easy to follow and likely just tweaks to what you’re already doing. 

FOODIE WEEK

I’ve decided to officially call this week “foodie week.” I will be doing a food related blog post each day. There will be a fun Q+A of all your nutrition questions… simply reply with your food questions to the email I sent out this AM. The daily food challenges are food themed. AND, I’ll be giving away a foodie prize every day.

Hopefully, all of this will help you make healthy eating a habit so your results come much more effortlessly. Let’s enjoy eating nutritious meals!
