Summer Fitcation Challenge: Week 2 Fitness Schedule

Week 2 and we’re comin’ in reddd hotttt. Last week, you finally got to experience the Weight Training Plans that I promised would rock your world. They contain the most effective workouts I’ve ever created for building that fit and lean body. This week, we are raising the bar! Let’s roll!

Here’s what you need to know…

(1) Your daily workout is found in the brand new Weight Training Plans (see here)
(2) The schedule below will be posted at the start of each week and is to help you plan out the week ahead
(3) The #LGSummerFitcation daily photo challenge is fun way for us to practice making these healthy mind and body habits a lasting lifestyle; the summer is about enjoying and these photo challenges will remind us to do just that

Phase 1, Week 2 SCHEDULE

Sunday:

A rest day is, indeed, part of the plan! Soak it up! Take it in! You deserve it. What are you doing today to rest, relax and recharge? Share a photo of your Sunday R+R with the community!

Monday:

If you’re in the USA or celebrating the 4th of July, share a photo from your red, white and blue celebration or your  festive food or outfit. Who else is excited for the fireworks?!

After a long/holiday weekend, we just have to jump in and get back at it! “I am… ” statements are some of the most powerful words we speak – even if we don’t realize it. Let’s set an intentional and positively charged I am statement today. What we focus on, we give life to so let’s focus on what we want! Feel free to steal some of these or share your own am statement! I am perfect just as I am. I am happy in every area of my life. I am confident in who I am and who I am becoming. I am a magnet for positivity.

Wednesday:

Do you have a throwback picture to a younger year?! Share it with the community! It’s meditative to look back at our younger years. There are always obvious physical changes, but old photos show us just how much we’ve transformed on the inside. Life is amazing that way… it doesn’t matter what our current circumstances are or the mistakes we made today; we all hold the ability to become a better person for tomorrow.
