Back to the Sass…

For those of you who are new here, I have a general warning. Every once and awhile, I get a little bit sassy. It’s like having an alter ego who gets on a soap box and uses a blog to share her sassy little thoughts. It usually results in a post that summarizes what so many of us are thinking.

Today, I wanted to share 3 of my favorite sassy posts from the past for you depending on how your feeling. I just love reading a blog post or article and thinking “omg yes, I’m not alone on that thought.” I hope that these posts provide you some of that!

^Read this post if you’re someone who find themselves off track on occasion or if you’re someone who needs a break from health and fitness every now and then. Sometimes the goal is no goal… and guess what… that’s perfectly okay.
