SummerFitcation Challenge Week 1 Schedule Overview

SummerFitcation aka a vacation destination for all things fitness, food and fun with the community. Summer is all about enjoying and I want us to do lots of that! Think of this challenge as your place to come to get a workout, meal idea and some accountability and motivation from the community!

Its about to be a summer of balanced health… hitting our goals and seeing results while enjoying the process!

Where are the workouts?
The new Weight Training Plans 2.0 (home version + gym version) are the official fitness plan for the SummerFitcation Challenge. I like to provide all the workouts in a guide format upfront for my summer challenges to allow you to make the plan work best for you and your schedule during a busy season. All your workouts will be found in that downloadable plan.
What if I can’t workout every day?
No worries at all! Here’s my approach… give you as much as I can and you can decide to dial it down. I don’t like to skimp with what I provide you. I’ll give you lots of workouts and you can decide to space them out more, skip some or follow the plan exactly as it’s laid out.

I’m also sharing a daily photo challenge. This is just a fun way to stay connected with the community on social media and to help us enjoy this healthy lifestyle in unique ways.

Daily Photo Challenge: 3 FACTS: 1 fact about yourself, 1 fact about your journey, 1 fact about what you’ll be up to this summer – let’s get to know each other even better. Workout of the Day: Phase 1, Week 1 – Legs
Daily Photo Challenge: GOALS: yes, let’s share those goals. I suggest setting goals in 3 categories: 1) fitness 2) nutrition 3) personal (personal is the biggest category and I always like to remind myself to set goals outside of health and fitness) #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

Workout of the Day: Phase 1, Week 1 – Push
Daily Photo Challenge: HEADPHONES – what headphones do you wear and love? We always seem to be a group of girls on the hunt for some fun fitness products. Currently, I use my wireless Beats (my first pair lasted me over 4 years and I just got this wireless pair last Christmas) or the cheapest pair I find at Walgreens lol #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

Daily Photo Challenge: SALAD – in honor of the Summer Salad theme for the Summer Weekly Meal Menus, share a salad you’re enjoying today or one of your favorite salad recipes #LGAccountability #LGSummerFitcation

WEIGHT TRAINING PLAN 2.0 + BONUS ADD ON PLAN:
The new Weight Training Plan 2.0 is the official fitness plan for the summer challenge.
It contains an all new training split and brand new workouts with both home and gym workout versions (workouts are different than the original plan!). Plus, a bonus Cardio + Ab Add on Plan to use with the weighted workout for further muscle fatigue, fat loss and sculpting.
