#LGFitmas Challenge: Week 3 Fitness Schedule

It’s clear that you LG girls are all about planning and preparing ahead of time to set yourselves up for a successful week of healthy eating and daily workouts!

This is just the workout schedule! The actual workouts will be posted each day!

Week 3 Fitness Schedule

MONDAY: Legs + Glutes

TUESDAY: Shoulders + Core + Cardio

WEDNESDAY: Booty Sculpting HIIT Cardio

THURSDAY: Arms + Abs

FRIDAY: Upper Body (Chest + Back)

WEEKEND: 30 min steady state cardio + stretching

Each week, I always suggest setting 2 goals in each of these 4 categories each week so that what you do during your days brings you closer to exactly what you want out of life!
