Between Challenge Fitness Schedule (March 19-25)

Here is the 2nd week of our “Between Challenge Fitness Schedules.” Each Sunday, I’ll be posting a fitness schedule (with choices!) for us to follow. That is…. until the ConfidenceKini Challenge kicks off! The ConfidenceKini Challenge is a fitness and lifestyle challenge with new, daily workouts, recipes, givewaways, motivation and more to get us into our best physical and mental shape with an emphasis on body confidence! Let’s work hard until that kicks off to be a few steps ahead!

SUNDAY

Targeted Muscles: Rest

Daily Suggestions: Sundays are a great time to rest, recharge and get ready for the week ahead. Spend some quality time with yourself and your family today. If possible, create some goals and plans for the week for a well-prepared Monday.

MONDAY

Targeted Muscles: Biceps + Triceps

Workout of the Day (Choose 1):

TUESDAY

Targeted Muscles: Legs

WEDNESDAY
