ARM CIRCUIT WORKOUT

Something I always say… it’s not just about the workout (such as the exercises used) but moreso about how we complete each workout (exercise form, various training techniques and styles). Today, I wanted us to complete a workout in which we increase the weight and slightly decrease the reps in the 3rd and 4th set of each weighted exercise. This is a technique I find very effective for sculpting fit arms (and muscle in general!).
