Chest & Triceps (Week 4) – 11/26

Chest:
-Incline barbell press
-Flat bench dumbbell flyes
     superset with flat bench dumbbell press
-Cable cross overs
     superset with push ups

Triceps:
-Lying cable rope extension
-Close grip barbell press
     superset with single arm dumbbell overhead extensions

Tip of the Day: It’s okay to have a bad workout day! When I finished this workout, I didn’t have a great pump, I didn’t hit the weight or reps I wanted, and I wasn’t really feeling it. For a minute, I thought about getting upset and for a quick second, I even thought about going back later in the day for a workout (that was a thought that quickly passed lol). However, I then reminded myself….when you’re training almost every day, you’re going to have a bad workout. Similarly, you will have a day where you’re eating habits stink. It’s all about how you pick up the pieces and move on! Turn it around before the situation turns you into someone you don’t want to be.
