Summer Fitcation Challenge: Week 7 Schedule

Two weeks to go, whattt?!

The Summer Fitcation Challenge is flying by. With the second last week upon us, we can go all out to finish the summer strong! You in? There are just 12 scheduled workouts left! Just 12! Let’s rock these together to end this challenge tighter, leaner, stronger and more sculpted with greater confidence, energy and determination than ever before. Sign me up! If you’ve fallen off, no worries… let’s restart now!

Here’s what you need to know…

(1) Your daily workout is found in the brand new Weight Training Plans (see here)
(2) The schedule below will be posted at the start of each week and is to help you plan out the week ahead
(3) The #LGSummerFitcation daily photo challenge is fun way for us to practice making these healthy mind and body habits a lasting lifestyle; the summer is about enjoying and these photo challenges will remind us to do just that

Take the lead today and share an inspiring message with the community! It can be reference to your favorite quote, words of wisdom you have, lessons from experience, or anything your inspirational self wants to share. Share it with the community!

Tuesday:

So many of us eat a meal at the office, at school, in the car, or on the go. Share one of your packed meals with the community! How do you make healthy eating choices away from your kitchen?
