Summer Fitcation Challenge: Week 4 Schedule

Week 4, hear us roar! It’s the last week of phase 1, so you better believe we are ready to pounce! Make every workout count this week. When we enter phase 2 next week, the training schedule changes, so make the most of this muscle building phase!

Here’s what you need to know…

(1) Your daily workout is found in the brand new Weight Training Plans (see here)
(2) The schedule below will be posted at the start of each week and is to help you plan out the week ahead
(3) The #LGSummerFitcation daily photo challenge is fun way for us to practice making these healthy mind and body habits a lasting lifestyle; the summer is about enjoying and these photo challenges will remind us to do just that

Monday:

Start the week strong and motivated with a mantra! Select a mantra that corresponds with your goals this week. Personally, I pick a mantra for my goal mood! I aim to optimistically take on a week, expecting wonderful circumstances and to be productive, so I’ll look for a mood that puts my vibe on that path! Share your mantra!

Tuesday:
