Summer Fitcation Challenge: Week 3 Schedule

Week 3 – we are about to turn it up!

This week, we will revisit the workout A series, and you better believe you’re going to be stronger, have more endurance and feel more capable than last round. Note these changes. Also, because this will be your second go at some of the exercises, practice that form even a bit more and think of engaging the targeted muscles.

Here’s what you need to know…

(1) Your daily workout is found in the brand new Weight Training Plans (see here)
(2) The schedule below will be posted at the start of each week and is to help you plan out the week ahead
(3) The #LGSummerFitcation daily photo challenge is fun way for us to practice making these healthy mind and body habits a lasting lifestyle; the summer is about enjoying and these photo challenges will remind us to do just that

Phase 1, Week 3 SCHEDULE

Sunday:

New week, new goals. What is your top weekly goal? Think of something you want to achieve this week! It may not seem big, but even small goals can collectively add up to big goals. Go for it this week! Declare and share your goal!

Monday:

Living an inspired life is all about learning to find inspiration in the simple and the daily. What’s inspiring you today? Share a photo of it!

Tuesday:

Share a photo + some thoughts on your transformation from your health and fitness journey. Remember… transformation is something that happens inside and out!

Wednesday:

Let’s get… WILD with today’s photo challenge. WILD = YOUR CALL! Share a photo of anything… your pet, your office view, a photo of your friends or family, an image from your weekend, anything!

Thursday:
