When and how did you first begin your health and fitness journey?
I have been on a fitness journey for a couple of years now, but I just recently stopped making excuses and committed to one. I have tried numerous programs, but i never did one for longer than 2 weeks because I would get sick or busy and then i give up. With the Summer Fitcation challenge I found something that I love and have been going strong since the beginning of the challenge!   
What’s been the greatest result from this lifestyle change?
The greatest result is the feeling I have inside. Before this challenge I always felt sluggish and had no energy to make an effort to do anything other than sit on my butt. Since I have started exercising almost every day and changing my eating habits I have the energy I need to do more on a day to day basis, like playing outside with my kids. I also feel amazing when I put my clothes on and they fit looser! It starts my day off on the right foot!   
What do you do to find motivation when you’re not feeling it?
When I am not feeling it I think of how great I will feel once I am done. When I do not workout I get so stiff and my mood changes for the worse. I know for the sake of my husband and children I need to get that workout in! I also like to look up fitspiration on Pinterest. My recent obsession is Chris Pratt!
How has the LG Community played a role in your journey?
When I did the other workout programs I did not have a very good support system. Since I have found the LG community and have people comment about how great I am doing or how good I look it boosts my confidence through the roof and motivates me to keep going. Recently, I started a group message with a couple of other LG girls and we post daily about when we do our workouts, what struggles we have, things we love about LG, and give advice about food or workouts when someone needs it. I think having this with these girls and others from the LG community has helped me overcome many struggles I have had and has encouraged me to keep up. I love going through pictures and seeing everyone elses progress and sharing the love. I also look forward to showing of my #lgsweatseshselfie because I know these girls are going through the same thing and are ready to send love my way. If you are going through this alone I highly recommend finding an accountability partner or at least using the LG hashtags so the other community members can share the love with you! The feeling you get when someone likes or comments on your photo is motivating enough to get your butt into gear!
Do you have any advice for a fellow LG Sister looking to make a healthier change?
My advice is do not let life sweep you up. It is okay to allow yourself a day to skip the workout to spend more time with family or eat that piece of cake, this keeps balance, but do not let the stress of life pull you back in to bad habits.  Find things about the gym/workout and food that actually make you excited! This makes it a lot easier to commit and once you do it for so long it becomes a habit!
