Tip of the Day: Happiness triggers…. do you have them pinpointed? Happiness triggers are those things, people or places you can turn to for an instant mood shift. Perhaps one is your daily photo challenge upload as it’s probably something you cannot live without. Identifying our happiness triggers is so helpful for not only the obvious reason of more happiness but also how many times has your mood affected your nutrition or ability to complete your workout?! For me, that’s probably the biggest thing! A tough day = flamin hot cheetos lol. That time of the month = “and I don’t want the small bag of flamin hot cheetos, get the regular size” lolol. To help get you started here are some things I cannot live without and things I use as my happiness triggers: 1) News Bloopers on YouTube ((if you haven’t watched, go google and get ready to giggle)) 2) My Husband + Mom – moms always make things better 3) Sun – 5 minutes in the sunshine and I’m bubbling with positivity and love 4) Meditation/Prayer 5) Sleep ((I prioritize a good night’s sleep & I truly believe it’s one of the most underrated health & fitness tips)) Think of yours and be sure to call on them when you need to!
