EBOOK SWITCH UP WEEK 1 FITNESS SCHEDULE

During the Fit and Lean 2016 Challenge, we developed healthy habits and a solid foundation of training. Now we are ready to move on to an advanced plan and a fun switch up! I’m totally up for workouts that are different each day. Anyone else?!
