#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Weekend Workouts (W2D6 + W2D7)

Cheers to your happy, healthy weekend! Who is following the LG Weekend Meal Plan? I’ve completed one day and found it soooo easy to follow. Plus, I’m in the midst of enjoying some family time with a few snacks!

All the details on the weekend meal plan can be found HERE

SATURDAY:

  • 35 minutes steady state cardio (running, walking, swimming, biking, dancing ((seriously… it’s insanely great cardio))

SUNDAY:

  • Active rest: yoga, stretching and/or any fitness class you want
  • HERE is my go-to home routine… take a few deep breathes in each pose + complete as many rounds as you desire
  • MEAL PREP!
