#LGFitAndLean2016 Challenge: Weekend Workouts (W1D6 + W1D7)

Happy weekend, bootyful babes! We worked our butts off this week so don’t you dare feel guilty about taking it easier this weekend. After all, we see physical results when we allow our bodies to rest and recover!

This weekend, we’re focusing on steady state cardio and stretching out to work up a little sweat and get the blood flowing into our tight muscles, delivering oxygen and nutrients to help them heal and hopefully grow 🙂

SATURDAY:

  • 35 minutes steady state cardio (running, walking, swimming, biking, dancing ((seriously… it’s insanely great cardio))

SUNDAY:

  • Active rest: yoga, stretching and/or any fitness class you want
  • HERE is my go-to home routine… take a few deep breathes in each pose + complete as many rounds as you desire
