FIT PORTION TIPS:
- Sets can be counted by time: ~1 minute or reps: specified below
- Focus on taking only 45 second rests between sets
- Choose the correct weight for each exercise… the weight you’re using should make the movement challenging enough so that you can complete 20 reps, but not easy enough that you could complete 25-ish
- Watch the clock to complete 30 sec “on” + 30 sec “off”

A year ago, I created a health journal to write down all those thoughts I had floating in my head but too often forgot, and it was really life-changing to my health and fitness journey because it turned all those ideas into actions! And that is how we see results! Your journal is the perfect, permanent place to collect habits, recipes, exercises, tips, motivation and more; let this journal be your “internet bookmark” where you can save everything that may help you now or in the future!
Habit Homework – Check around the house to see if you have a spare notebook or make a special trip to pick up a journal to hold healthy habits you want to save!
