#LGFitmas Challenge: Biceps + Triceps (W5D4)

December242015WODTraining Tip Thursday: Training today?! Or maybe not?? Either way, I want to set you up for lots of success by reminding you of something incredibly important when following a workout and meal plan. Always remember… one day of bad eating and one missed workout won’t ruin your results. Did it take just one day of healthy meals and one great workout to get to where you are right now?! No way!
Today’s training tip is to rid your mind of any guilt you may have about missing a workout or eating off track over the holidays. In fact, a little time off from the gym and a few indulgences will help you appreciate the days you’re on track! 
If you do plan on working out, I suggest doing so first thing in the morning! On holidays, I like to wake up a tiny bit earlier and get in a workout from home right away! I’ll even try to squeeze in a healthy meal or two ((lower on carbs, higher on protein)) before allowing myself to indulge later on in the day. Personally, I like to start my day with a workout because it wakes me up and gives me so much energy for the day!
Whatever you do, don’t forget to enjoy guilt-free! Have a very Merry Christmas Eve!
