It would be great if you could post the workouts in the evening for those of us who do our workouts in the early morning. It's nice to have a little time to become familiar with the workouts and first thing in the morning can be challenging enough!

  2. Olivia M.

I haven't gotten my email with the workouts.

    • Mikayla Johnson

Me either! Do you know if there will be an email? Or are they just being posted daily here?

So where is the actual work out program? It's saying what to target, but what exercise specifically? And how many reps?

    • Fitness Barbie

Sorry if I haven't made this clear…the actual workouts will be posted each day right here on the blog, so for tomorrow's lower body strength workout, stop by in the AM to see the workout with sets, reps & photo demonstrations 🙂
