Arms & Abs Mat Workout

Tip of the Day: Something is better than nothing! I shared these words a few days ago on my Instagram: “Healthy living is something that supports me in my highs and lows. I turn to this lifestyle to help me feel my very best and it delivers! If there is such a thing as the key to happiness, for me, health & fitness is it!” I think it’s helpful for us to remember how healthy living helps us feel amazing, so that we can use that as motivation. Even when we can’t make the “best” healthy choice, we should remember something is better than nothing. For instance, if getting the gym isn’t in the cards, try running up and down your stairs for 20 minutes. Or, if, you can’t eat your ideal LG Meal Plan meal, some healthy options are better than a complete treat meal. We always have the power to make some healthy choices!
