Tip of the Day: Hello toothbrush! Goodbye nibbling that never ends! On the weekends, many of us have to work a little bit harder to stay on top of our nutrition game. I’m always trying to come up with little tricks and tips to combat those cravings that creep up, and I’ve found the toothbrush to come in quite handy. At the end of a meal, brush your teeth. It signifies the end of a meal and prevents the extra eating of leftovers or other items in the pantry that we seem to do. If you’re on-the-go, minty fresh gum or mints will do the trick as well! Plus, your pearly whites and fresh breath aren’t to bad (I’m still all about that oral hygiene 🙂 Have a wonderful weekend!
