ConfidenceKini Body Tip of the Day: For
the rest of the challenge, I’ll be answering your questions in the tip
of the day section, so be sure to leave any question you have in the comments
section below or on my social media posts!

Question: If I fall off track, such as on the weekends, how can I get back into the swing of things for the week? 

Answer: So, you enjoyed this weekend. I hope you had fun, made memories, and lived your life to the fullest. The more we learn to make health a lifestyle choice, the easier we will be able to do the above without “getting off track.” Still, the first thing to do is let go of guilt and move fully into the present moment. The more we focus on what we did “wrong” over the weekend, the more the past will creep into the present. Instead, focus on what you can do right now. Right now…I suggest you get excited about making a healthy choice, in particular, a food choice. Hit up the Internet or your Eat Your Way Lean ebook and pick out 2-3 recipes that look delish. Then, go grocery shopping for any necessary items and prep a few meals. This may take you an hour or two, but it will set the tone for your entire week and save you lots of time in the long run! Plus, it gets you into a feeling of control…having control over decisions will help empower you to continue to make ones that are positive!
