March 16-20 Schedule

I’m working extra hard to bring you an unbelievable challenge next, so while I take some time to prepare for that, I’m putting together a schedule that will help you continue seeing results!

For those of you who have been with me from the beginning, I know a lot
of you have all my ebooks and have completed them, so this is a fun way
to put those to use workouts to use! In addition, I’ve included a daily
theme to keep our #LGAccountability fun and lively.

March 16-20 Schedule:

MONDAY
Workout: Phase 1, Workout B – Legs from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: Stir up some serious motivation today – find and share an inspirational quote that gets you going #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted leg workout ( here )

TUESDAY:
Workout: Phase 2, Workout B – Arms Circuit  from Fit For Life
Challenge: Get outside to take in some fresh air – inhale love, exhale gratitude! Share the view #LGAccountability 

If you don’t have Fit For Life, you can use a previously posted arm workout (here)

WEDNESDAY: 
Workout: Day 11 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred
Challenge: It’s hump day and you may be in need of a caffeinated beverage – treat yourself to a coffee or tea on your morning commute. Share your healthy order! #LGAccountability

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted circuit workout (here)

THURSDAY: 
Workout: Phase 2, Workout A – Chest & Back from Total Body Transformation
Challenge: A fellow community member may be in need of some encouragement today, take two minutes to leave some love on the Instagram page of one of the girls #LGAccountability

If you don’t have Total Body Transformation, you can use a previously posted upper body workout (here)

FRIDAY: 
Workout: Day 8 from 30×30 Fat Loss Shred
Challenge: Happy Friday! Whether you’re going out tonight or enjoying the night in, share your Friday outfit #LGAccountability

If you don’t have 30×30 Fat Loss Shred, you can use a previously posted cardio and ab workout (here and here)

In addition to those workouts, I want you to supercharge your results by
focusing on eating healthy. My top three suggestions are 1) portions –
ensuring you’re getting enough without the excess 2) balanced meals –
containing all three macronutrients in addition to veggies for
nourishment and 3) treat meals – allow yourself 2 this week

    Hi Lauren,

    I keep finding myself looking at your blog less and less. I used to LOVE your blog because you were so relatable as a student with a part time job while staying fit & sticking to a student budget. I looked at this week and was disappointed that all of them you pretty much have to buy. It stinks that I feel like I'm being sold something each time I look at the blog. I know you have to make a living, but I just wanted to share my thoughts.

    You always ask for feedback, so I just wanted to let you know. You're still post good workouts and tips, but I feel like it's become something completely different.
