What is #LGLoveYourselfFit?   

In
short, it’s one of my free blog challenges I host with daily workouts,
tips and accountability challenges. This one is all about using health
and fitness as a tool to boost your self love, confidence and overall
happiness!

Self-Love Message of the Day: 


Congratulations on completing the #LGLoveYourselfFit Challenge. Over the past 4 weeks, we’ve used health and fitness as the means for booting our self love, worth, confidence and overall happiness. While today wraps up the challenge, the journey of bettering ourselves from the inside out is far from being over! In fact, it’s a life-long journey, and I’m so happy you completed this challenge with me because you formed the habits and gained the mindset that someone who loves herself and her life possesses.

Over the past 4 weeks, you’ve come so far! I know you have! I read it in your emails, comments and in your #LGAccountability check ins on Instagram. Like I said, this is not the end…there’s so many more wonderful things to come and you simply must maintain your faith in that! 

You’ve learned that your current situation is a reflection of your past choices, which was difficult to swallow. But, you also learned that where you’re at – physically, mentally and emotionally – can be changed. You’ve learned that it all begins with you, your thoughts and your actions. You’ve learned how to take action and make decisions that promote loving yourself, respecting yourself, putting yourself first, and building confidence. You’ve learned happiness is and inside job, and you must choose it daily. You’ve learned to surround yourself with people who support you in this quest to better yourself. You’ve learned the most important person you can count on is you. You truly have learned how to love yourself and your body more. You have all the tools you need to grow your confidence. You are gaining momentum, happiness, passion and a deeper sense of fulfillment each day! You are amazing! I’m so proud of you for what you’ve accomplished these past few weeks!
