Week 1 Progress Check In (#LGLoveYourselfFit)

 Remember…we’re after progress not perfection!

The best way to track physical progress, in my opinion, is through progress pictures because it is the most visual way of showing changes in body composition. The workouts in my programs are intended to help you achieve a fit and lean body, so you can notice reduced overall body fat and increases in muscle definition.
I posted the how to progress picture photo again, so that you can see how I suggest taking them. Also, be sure to take them in the same outfit, in the same location, and preferable the same time of day (to get the same lighting).

NOTE: I also want you to smile in your photos to measure how much bigger it gets over the weeks 😀

Take your week 1 progress photos then use a collage app, like PicStitch or PicFrame to put the photos side by side to compare progress.
