How To Take Simple Steps To Clean Up Your Eating Habits

Habit 5 of 5: (( SMILE ))  
Eat and smile. Yes…I said…eat and smile 🙂 The harsh reality is healthy eating can be confusing, boring, and frustrating if you feel like there isn’t a pay off. BUT, it doesn’t have to be!  I advise you must eat and smile because it’s incredibly important that if you’re cleaning up you’re eating habits, you’re able to sustain those habits to see long-term results (( say no no to the yo-yo diet )); a big part of that is finding a way to enjoy eating healthy! Here a few ways I enjoy: 1) I don’t eat things I don’t like (( if you don’t like spinach, no problem – there are plenty of other healthy greens that you can include )) 2) I try to stay creative (( healthy eating will get boring if you’re eating the same thing everyday, so try new recipes and food items )) 3) Recruit your friends or family (( I guarantee you will be more likely to see results if you have a buddy doing the same )) Overall, focus on enjoying the process! Once you do, you’ll find that healthy eating is your friend because of how great you’ll look and feel!
