#LGLoveYourselfFit Week 2 Schedule

#LGLoveYourselfFit is my next blog challenge, beginning tomorrow. Over the next month, we will use health and fitness as a tool to increase our self love, confidence and overall happiness!

You may be wondering how we jump from workouts and nutrition to self love, confidence and happiness. Well, over the past 3 years that I’ve been working with women, I’ve found that physical results have a cascade effect.

Physical results accomplished through fitness and healthy eating prove that you are capable of change! When you’re in the gym, you push your body past your comfort zone. When you’re in the kitchen, you control your mind, choosing healthy options and nourishing your body with wholesome foods.

This leaves you feeling empowered! It doesn’t stop there! You then feel a desire to take all areas of your life to the next level. That is where personal development comes into play.

On each #LGLoveYourselfFit post, you will find a theme for the day. This theme will have a daily message that forces you to think differently as well as a challenge that puts those thoughts into actions.

All changes begin in our minds! Life is all about perspective and it’s time we master that!
I look forward to spending the next month together, pushing our bodies and our minds outside of our comfort zones to develop a place where love, confidence, happiness, joy and passion is abundant!

I workout in the morning…will the workouts be posted then?
Yes, all posts will be made the night prior, so everyone can be doing the same workout and challenge each day.
I’m already following a workout plan…should I stop it?
If you want to you can, but you don’t have to! You can still benefit from the messages and challenges posted each day, which are intended to challenge you mentally, pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone to begin transforming your life through perspective practices. 
What should I be eating?
Eat Your Way Lean is my nutritional ebook that I suggest combining any fitness plan with. In it, I teach you a very specific way of eating for physical results: fit and lean. It’s not like most other nutritional approaches…I have 3 simple, yet effective guidelines that provide for a maintainable, balanced approach that allows you to eat foods you enjoy. It can be tailored to any dietary needs, including but not limited to gluten-free, paleo, vegan, and vegetarian.
