#LGLoveYourselfFit Challenge

What is the #LGLoveYourselfFit Challenge?
As many of you know, I believe health and fitness is the ultimate tool we can use to boost our self love, confidence, and overall happiness. At the end of the day, isn’t that all we’re after….to close our eyes, feeling absolutely in love with ourselves and our lives?! I’m here to help you feel just that!

I’ve personally transformed my life through healthy living and it makes a fit and lean body just an added bonus. Let’s work toward that together over the next month! #LGLoveYourselfFit challenge will begin Monday, so be sure to check in each day right here on the blog!

By the end of this challenge, this is what I want you to be able to say


“I am excited to get out of bed in the morning. I feel joy and love flowing through my veins. I cannot contain my smile. I find the silver lining in everything. I possess the courage to go after every goal and dream. I love the person I see looking back at my in the mirror. I am genuinely happy.” 

Are you ready to take your life to the next level and use health and fitness as a means of doing so?!

Daily Workouts:
It’s science…exercise releases endorphins, which are also known as the “happy hormone.” So, why not include a daily empowering workout into your routine to help you build a body you love as well as provide a daily dose of happiness?! I hope these are some of the most motivating workouts you’ve ever followed!

Self Love Tips & Challenges:
Included in each blog post, you will find a tip for how to love yourself just a little bit more! Additionally, challenges will help you stay accountable to ensure you’re loving your body and your life to the fullest!

Accountability:

To stay connected and accountable, we will use social media check ins on
Instagram to work through this plan together! Ideas for picture uploads
include, but are not limited to: meals, recipes, workout selfies,
completed challenges, lifestyle pis, etc.
On Instagram, be sure to use the hashtag #LGLoveYourselfFit &
#LGAccountability so all of us in the community can see/like/comment on
your pictures! Feel free to peruse the hashtag as well for inspiration
from all the other ladies working through the plan! Invite your friends,
family, co-workers, etc….anyone who will further help keep you
accountable!

Prizes:
Why not enjoy some prizes?! Each week, one $25
gift card (to the winners choice of Lululemon, Nike, Dicks Sporting
Goods or Sports Authority) will be given to the person who has shown the
highest level of dedication and progress (IG check ins, comments to
others, and overall commitment). One $50 gift card will be given at the
end of the plan to the person who showed to greatest overall progress
and commitment!

Pinterest:

The daily
workouts will also be pinned to my #LGKickStartFit Pinterest board, so
you can see them all in one place and pin them to your own boards! I’ve
already created the board, so be sure you go quickly follow my account (here). I also love to pin motivational quotes, DIY crafts and home decor!
