How To Take Simple Steps To Clean Up Your Eating Habits
Habit 3 of 5: (( GREENS ))  
Healthy eating is a mental game. I’m sure you’ve experienced that at some point in time; for me, I occasionally let hunger and cravings get to my head, feeling as though I need to gobble up everything in my pantry even though I just ate dinner. Can you relate?? A lot of the psychology behind cravings has to do with how we view our healthy foods. Ask youself this question…do you feel your healthy meals are satisfying or depriving?? The best approach to take when attempting to clean up your eating habits is to focus more on including healthy options instead of removing unhealthy options. The more healthy food items we select, the less room we leave for unhealthier choices. A great place to start is adding greens to meals and snacks (ie: celery, broccoli, romaine lettuce, kale, cucumber, green beans, sugar snap peas, asparagus, spinach, etc.). Green vegetables are excellent sources of vitamins and nutrients, and they do a very good job at keeping you full!

I know these fresh blooms aren’t the type of greens I’m 
talking about, but they sure are my favorite kind 😉
