How To Take Simple Steps To Clean Up Your Eating Habits
Habit 4 of 5: (( SIZE ))  
The size of your plate can have a huge impact on your eating habits. Those of you who are following the guidelines laid out in my Eat Your Way Lean ebook know how simple tweaks in portion sizes can be very effective for seeing physical results. I’m sure in your cupboard, you have a variety of plate sizes; my suggestion for you is to grab the smaller salad-sized plate over the dinner plate for your meals. The bigger, the plate, the more room we feel we have to load up on food even though our bodies may not require that much. I’ve mentioned before that eating healthy is a psychological game. When we see a large plate that looks lackluster, we feel hungrier, which can lead to cravings; on the contrary, with a smaller plate, our meal visually appear to be more satisfying. This is a simple step that requires very little effort, yet can help you take control over food rather than feeling controlled by it!
