What is #LGLoveYourselfFit?

In
short, it’s one of many free blog challenges I host with daily
workouts, tips and accountability challenges. This one is all about
using health and fitness as a tool to boost your self love, confidence
and overall happiness!

Self-Love Message of the Day:

You know those negative experiences and emotions you’re still hanging onto, well, you’ll never be able to fully jump into your future unless you let go of that baggage. Baggage is exactly what it is! It’s weight that carries you down. It’s keeping you from becoming all you want to be and all you can be. It’s time to let it go!

Easier said than done, right?! I know it’s not as easy as it seems, but it is feasible, so let’s on work on it! Believe me, as soon as you let go of whatever it is from your past that still makes it way into your mind, you’ll discover peace in your heart. As soon as we can find our inner peace, self-love begins to flow! 

Today’s challenge is a mental (and slightly physical) exercise I’ve done several times. It seems so silly, but you’d be surprised as to how effective it can be. Whatever you’re holding onto, whatever stresses you out, whatever is keeping you from taking your life to the next level, box it up, leave it somewhere, and walk back into your life with a lighter, fresher perspective.

Daily Challenge: Take
a short, quiet walk by yourself and as you walk, mentally place all the things that bother you from your past into an make-believe box. Once you reach the turn around point in your walk, imagine leaving that box filled with negative experiences and emotions there. Let it go! Share the view from your walk!
