Fitmas Challenge: Shoulders + Abs (W5D2)

This upper body circuit workout is a nice contrast from the style of training we did yesterday. I think that’s key in keeping your workouts fun and engaging. Even though we lift weights regularly, we change up the training style and sequence to the workout. This is obviously not only great for your mind but also your body… switch ups = force the body to adapt = even better results.
