Legs (#LGKickStartFit Day 2) – 1/5

My Workout Check In: For some reason, I’ve been struggling to motivate myself on leg day (I think I need to focus on the habit below); on a positive note, I’ve been loving upper body training.

Habit #2: (( INSPIRATION ))
When you’re lacking inspiration, where do you turn? Is it to someone or something?? I believe we should all learn to create our own inspiration. It’s a luxury to be able to depend on others, not a guarantee. We must learn to empower and inspire ourselves. Take some time to think what inspires you; it may be a place in your home, a particular view, a photo, a speech, a quote, or all of the above. The trick is knowing what you can do when you need a boost of motivation. Once you pinpoint these things, you will find that you have the power to turn any moment into an inspirational one!
My bedroom is my inspirational space. I created a monochromatic look with mainly white and ivory colors, which feels light and airy. This space is so peaceful that it carries away any worries, so I can focus and get creative.

I’m a bit of a quote-aholic if you didn’t already know that; I frame quotes that inspire me and place them all around my home. I especially love placing them on my nightstand because they are then the first and last thoughts I have in a day!

I’m constantly switching out the quotes, but these are two that I absolutely love right now; they inspire me personally and professionally!

    Hi! I really want to join the new challenge today but when I went to do it there are a few movements I'm not actually sure how they are done. Do you have tutorials anywhere that I'm missing? Thanks! I bought your "eat your way lean" book today and bought all the food I need! So excited to work towards a better me 🙂
