How To Become A Morning Person
Habit 2 of 5: (( DRINK ))
I’m always looking for a healthy drink to get hooked on, and let’s face it….there aren’t many out there! While many opt for a cup of coffee or tea in the morning, it’s important to get in water first. Coffee and tea are natural diuretics and after 8 hours of sleep ((who are we joking – does anyone actually get a full 8)), our bodies are in desperate need of water replenishment! My special drink of choice that I mentioned in yesterday’s post on my morning routine is water with the juice from half of a lemon and a tiny bit of honey, which I then heat. The more I read about lemon water, the more I’m all about it.
A Few Favs in Support of Lemon H20:
(1) Bacteria – pH is the measure of acidity or basicity of a solution. Lemon has the ability to change the pH in the blood and urinary tract, making it more difficult for bacteria to live and grow
(2) Inflammation – lemon water aids in the reduction of uric acid, which is one of the main causes of inflammation
(3) Hydration Help – many people actually enjoy the taste of lemon water or warm lemon/honey water; I’m all for anything that promotes hydration

PS. You're such an inspiration!
A great option as well! Just be sure you're getting in a nice serving of water that contains no caffeine too!
What gym do you normally go to, if I may ask?
